 MAHINDA
CLUB BENEVOLENT FUND.
Mahinda Club wishes to introduce this new fund with the
following objectives:
To provide
financial assistance to legal heirs of members of Mahinda --Club
in the-event of the death of a member.
To provide
financial assistance to members of Mahinda Club in the -----event
of sickness of members.
Any member of Mahinda Club are eligible to obtain the membership
of the MAHINDA CLUB BENEVOLENT FUND. The Admission fee for the fund
is Sri Lankan Rupees 50/- and the Annual membership fee is Sri Lankan
Rupees 1000/- (Both non-refundable).
Application for membership of the fund shall be made on prescribed
form and submitted to the Secretary of the Management Committee
of the fund along with the Admission Fee and the Annual Membership
Subscription for the 1st year.
Benefits to members of the
fund:
Financial
assistance amounting to Rs. 10,000/- to the legal heirs of a --member
in-the event of the death of a member.
If the
member is unmarried, financial assistance amounting to Rs. ------5,000/-
in the event of the death of a members’
father or mother.
If the
member is married, financial assistance amounting to Rs. --------5,000/-
in the-event of the death of member’s
spouse or any ---------dependant child.
Any further information regarding this fund can be obtained
from the Executive Committee of Mahinda Club.
The fund welcomes any financial contributions from members of he
fund and other members of the Mahinda Club, well-wishers and donors
to provide a better service.“
