Application Procedure

Any Old Mahindian can obtain the application forms from any of our Committee Members (Photocopies of original application forms will not be accepted). The completed application form should be handed over to a Member of Mahinda Club Executive Committee or sent via registered post to the Mahinda Club Head Office, along with a cheque or a money order as the payment.

For overseas applicants.

Mahindians who are permanently or temporarily residing outside the country can obtain the membership application forms by contacting the Mahinda Club Head Office. Details regarding this matter can be obtained by contacting the Members of Mahinda Club Executive Committee. (The overseas applicants may have to provide the details of class mates or teachers who can substantiate their identification.)

Ordinary subscription may be obtained by paying a sum of Rupees One Hundred and Fifty (Rs. 150/-) annually. An amount of Rupees One Thousand (Rs.1000/-) shall be paid to obtain life membership in lieu of Annual Subscription. The Executive Committee of Mahinda Club have the full authority to take a decision regarding the acceptance of the applicant as a member of Mahinda Club
